We are not responsible for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Timberline CBD product at an independent retail location or through another website other than timberlinecbd.com, you will need to deal with them directly or through the customer service department on the website you purchased the product from.
All purchases made through this website, timberlinecbd.com, may be entitled to a refund if something is wrong with the purchase and we are notified within 10 business days of the day you purchased the product. No refunds will be considered for any reason if we are notified after 10 business days of the date of purchase. No refunds are guaranteed. Please note that you will need to send us back the unused portion of the product before a refund or exchange will be considered. Restocking fees may apply.
Timberline CBD backs all products and stands by the quality of ingredients used to make them, however the effectiveness of our product is NOT a valid reason for a refund, as the effects of cannabinoids can vary from person to person.
If an order arrives unusable or damaged, in order to receive an exchange, you must notify us the day the order arrived to you. You may do so via our general email at email@example.com. The email will need to include your order number, description of what happened and a photo of the damage. In the subject line of the email, please us the following format: Damaged Product – Order #
If approved for an exchange for broken or damaged products we will determine at that time if a return of the original product purchased will be necessary. In general, we will either send you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the goods back or ask you to destroy them, depending on the order/circumstance. NEVER ship a product back to us without discussing the details first. If you do, you will be 100% responsible for the cost of shipping.

Timberline CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for any addresses that we receive which are wrong, causing your order to ship incorrectly. If you are unable to find your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that you are using the correct shipping address when completing your order. If you entered an incorrect address with your order and the package has already left our facility, please contact your local USPS office or visit www.usps.com to intercept and/or locate the package. We will not replace lost orders due to an incorrect address entered by a customer.
If for some reason USPS is unable to deliver your order, please contact your local postal service to arrange a delivery or pickup. If you believe that your package was stolen, contact your local USPS office to file a claim.
Timberline CBD only ships within the United States through USPS. For more information on USPS and to use your tracking number to locate your shipment, please visit www.usps.com.
All orders ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. All orders placed on the weekend, will ship the following Monday, unless this Monday is a holiday, then it would ship on the Tuesday following the holiday weekend.
